Fallout 3

I am having a Problem with Fallout 3  It will not load the game it tells me (the procedure entry point steamugc could not be located in the dynamic link library D:\^^nosTEAM^^Games\fallout 3\Launcher.exe) <- this is my game folder please help with a fix or a patch.......

try rename folder"^^nosTEAM^^Games" with Games

the file (Launcher) in the fallout 3 patch.exe file does not work i had to use the Launcher from the game archive can you fix that file please.....

I did I reinstalled the game into the folder called games and it still did not work

The game works for me if patch.exe has not been installed?
