Same thing for me too. I was able to play before applying the new patch but I always get the same error message with the patch v_877.
I am redownloading the repack from the start and see if that fixes it.

The updates usually include many new vehicles and stability issues.
You realise though that nosTEAM does not have anything to do with the game design and mechanics.
They only provide you a means of playing the game for free or where Steam is not allowed.
The nosTEAM updates include the patch but also setup for use of non-Steam launch and different save locations. Basically their entire game sits in one directory while the saves and profiles sit in the My Games folder found deep in the User folder of My Documents.
Installing one of their patches to another version of game other the one listed above their patch will usually render that game not launch able or crashes.
The original package was a very large torrent download of over 55GB as well as several files to tinker with and settings to get it working.
I believe nosTEAM basically repacked this once open package to their standard multi-file download making it easier for everyone to download and install the game. Then a simple nosTEAM patcher that fixes the game so it will execute properly and find its files/save/profiles.

go to Program Files (x86) and run GTA5_patch-877.exe
why they didn't make a repack of the game when they upload it here in the first place? so what you are saying here is that we need to download again the whole game just for the new patch and if you only download the patch not including the repack, the game won't run? that's a lot of time to wait again then. im sorry but im not gonna spend my 5 days downloading the repack version of this.

Hello, i've been using this site quite alot now and it is amazing. But i've ran in a problem which i can't solve. I get a "0xc0000142" when running GTAV.exe or Launcher.exe or other applications. I did the following fixes:
1. Repair registry;
2. Update video driver, DirectX, Framework.net;
3. Reinstall the game;
4. Install all the C++ updates. (from 2005-latest);
5. Changed any speacial characters in REGEDIT and on my PC profile.
Still i get the same error. Any help would be aprriciated.

Ok, so, update, i reinstalled the game and tried to run it without the *patch* and it worked till the loading screen, then it asked for activation. Note, it was 877v
then i put on the patch and now it shows the same error.

I'm back, I runned GTA V repack without patch and it worked without any errors or activation. Then I install the patch for repack and it worked again with no errors, problems or activation, and I don't have installed social club ;) And I installed it in a folder that is in exclusions (in Windows 10 Defender), so keep an eye on it. IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM, if you follow exactly the steps. THANKS nosTEAM for this great work :)
One thing I'd want is to make links on mediafire or something, or direct links because it is hard to donwload multiple games at once and I really need it.
I know it is for money, but it is a real waste of time for users and it's frustrating, depositfiles is very slow and you need to wait until download another file, it's frustrating!!!

So I got GTA V working BUT, the only mods I've seen to be able to do it replacing cars with the files from GTAV Mods...is there a way to get the script hook and native trainer working on this copy? I've tried everything from "youtube" to "change the version by etc etc"...what the hell do I do!?

if you have repack version you need only patch-FIX ,if you have a old game version you need only 678 patch

I downloaded and installed the game and I didnot use the patch as the readme txt said the game is already cracked. But, after playing for sometime, the game crashes and I get a D3D error and said Initialization failed. I can still relaunch the game but the game will still crash after sometime. Please help. I got the game on Friday. I played it a lot over the weekend and everything worked great. But I went to start the game and after the loading screen, the game slows down. Everything I do is delayed by about 45 seconds and its all in low frame rate slow motion. I've restarted my computer multiple times but it keeps happening. I would just delete and redownload the game, but I've done a lot in the story that would be annoying to redo. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, you will have 'em all. Because, all dlc files are also included in the repack v877. There are many other new cars too in this repack. Enjoy the game.

Mr Admin im having an issue with GTA 5, i have downloaded the latest version of the patch and the game, installation was successful i have social club and everything, but when it starts i have it set to the lowest using Nvidia Experience, the thing is when its loading story mode it crashes every time, when i restart my pc 3 images show before it crashes, and every other time shows 2 then it crashes, any suggestions? I have all the files needed, i have the Framework installed the mcedit or whatever installed too DirectX installed to, but it simply doesnt stop crashing, every game i downloaded here is working fine, only gta 5 crashes when starting, any suggestions?

Everytime i re-install this game, waiting up to 12 hours before this download finishes up, moves it all.
I run the .exe file, says the files in .rar file .10 are corrupted or broken or whatever.
Anyway i try running the GTA V launcher that has been placed on my desktop, it shows in the task manager that in the background it's launching.
However, within 2 seconds it's gone. And nothing happens.
I'm sorry but i'm not going to waste another 12 hours to download a game that's broken.
i've installed everything and follow all the instruction, but i always get the 0x000007b error when i start the game. Can somebody help me please?

hi guys.....i bought a new graphics card nvidia geforce gtx 970 4gb 512 bit.....i checked the recommended requirments for GTA 5...it say you will need 2 gb graphics card......i got happy that i can run it on maximum settings....but when i installed it and and turned everything to full it JUST BECAME ABOUT 7.5 GB OF GRAPHICS CARD...... so why it was showing that only 2gb is recommended.....SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH....

Hey guys, i already installed this once but i modded with some vehicles. Then i downloaded again to get the game withou any mods but now i get err_gfx_d3d_init. Someone got a fix? before i redownload and reinstall it worked fine, without lag and stuff. now i am getting this error.

Since you have GTX 970 you should get 60-70 fps on 1920x1080
but, i am sorry to disappoint you, if your pc specs are still same:
your Cpu is below recommended system requirements, and it will be bottleneck on your pc - while graphics card has a lot of power and a lot of ram memory will not be used, cpu will be on 99% usage on almost all time while playing game,
and you will have 30-45 FPS on high/ very high settings
what is even worse, upgrading to gtx 1080 or 1080ti will NOT increase your FPS in-game because of CPU

I'm not an admin, however, I noticed you claim 4 gb ram. Do you mean 4 GB of system memory? If so, the game requires a minimum of 8 GB of memory. 16 GB of system memory would be far better especially when running two GTX 1070's as the SLI profile for this game will utilize higher memory mappings. Also, make sure to be using nVidia's SLI Profile for this game and of course the latest driver.
Another thing is that Windows 10 Direct-X 12 does not fully support SLI for many games.

The most you can actually do is find a multiplayer mod and play with friends or other people. Heists and races aren't possible due to GTA Online needing a Social Club account which nosTEAM bypasses.

First of all a very thanks to ^^nosteam^^ to provide this game.
The game is running very smooth and getting me 60 fps at very high settings but the issue is i am unable to get sound, only the load screen has sound but in game its mute, checked audio settings in game but found nothing.

Hmmm i have this problem i thought this version is online but for some reasons it says u need to log in to social club but I cant do that social club menu is not getting brought up when i press the key for it i changed it and still didnt work i dont know what should i do but i really want to play this game online thats the Reason i installed it i got it on my Xbox offline and finished it and i dont want to play it again i just want to have fun with my friends that will install this too :T .

Using firefox worked thank you. I forget brave was made using chrome. So I basically tried chrome twice.
So I installed GTAV from u-torrent then used the patch it is in my games folder and I tried to launch the game and it says The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api64.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I reinstalled but the game loads fine without the patch but the problem starts when I install the patch. I am assuming the patch is necessary though because I want to use mods for GTAV.
Oh also my my anti virus is disabled. I disabled my windows check app & files. I use IObit software I didnt disable that which tells me when it does anything, like deleting or removing a file im pretty sure.

Its best if you stay away from online servers cuz Rockstar can find out you haven't actually got the game. Altho ur gunna miss out, it best if you stay away from online servers

Windows detects the patch as a virus and virustotal says it's trojan/malware. i'm guessing most are false flags and are used to crack games but this usually doesn't happen with other patches.

So I got the game to start but no I can't hear anything ingame. My audio settings are correct and sound works on desktop but for some reason it doesnt work ingame.
