When I load a session, the game just freezes at the loading screen permanently. I re-installed the game, it still does it. What could be the problem?

I reinstalled this game to a new laptop in Win 10 but now it cannot save. It used to play and save nicely in my old system. Pls help
Looks like the game works fine with keyboard, but when I have the gamepad plugged it, it crashes at loading session.

Your antivirus is blocking files due to a False Positive - install update patch with antivirus disabled and add game folder to exceptions
