OK I installed the patch lowered resolution updated my video drivers I have tried everything but it keep going to a black screen after the short video on the start of the shipyard mission

downloaded your files - killed all snipers - after cutscene I have advanced to next level ,so.is not about game is about your PC or you have NOT installed update patch in your game folder . I sent to you new files

People talking about crashes i've been scouting around a bit i've noticed all downloads so far on the net (fairlight and skidrow included) have crashing problems.Has something to do with the Origin exe from EA kicking in whilst playing so has happened to different people at different times. i have had crash personally after fmv where preacher spots some guy on a train after the sniper bit(sorry for the spoiler). Game tries to load next scene but crashes .I'm sure it will be sorted out soon enough after all the game has only just been released. Anyone having probs imo should be patient

same thing happens to me and when i alt+tab out dirty origin is there stopping it

Reply to admin regarding origin.  The EA msg states Error that origin is not installed after deleting origin activation from core files. I'll give it a couple of days before trying again i think(btw i don't have origin installed anyway)

How I have 2 isues:  After installing both game + update I get this error:
"The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reintall..."
I have tried reinstalling with NO effect

And second, the file that needs to be renamed in My Documents is nowhere to be found  :(

Plz help !!
